The staff at Crossroads Behavioral Health Center is dedicated to provide the highest level of care in an encouraging and patient centered environment. We strive to connect with each client and guide them to a healthy and satisfying life.

Crossroads Behavioral Health Center is a full-service behavioral health agency founded in 2005 by Gregory Finer, LCSW CAP. With a career in clinical social work extending over 25 years in the Southwest Florida community, Mr. Finer established Crossroads as a community mental health center wherein individuals suffering from mental illness, and other psychosocial challenges can obtain easily accessible treatment in a compassionate and professional environment free from prejudice or shame.

OUR MISSION

Crossroads Behavioral Health Center is a private, not-for-profit behavioral health organization which strives to provide accessible behavioral health services to all community members regardless of race, sex, religion or socio-economic status, especially the poor and underprivileged.

Our work is conducted by professional counselors and physicians who possess a passion in the belief that all individuals have the capacity within themselves to overcome despair and personal challenges through personal insight, support and inspiration.

Crossroads Behavioral Health Center in addition to accepting all major forms of insurance, as well as sliding self-pay programs, proudly offers its services to Medicaid recipients. Additionally, Crossroads maintains a staff a of therapist that are fluent in Spanish and Creole, in its goal to reach out and provide mental health services to the underserved.

FEES AND INSURANCE

Crossroads Behavioral Health Center, Inc. accepts major insurance plans. If you have insurance, but Crossroads is considered an out-of-network provider or our services are not covered on your plan, discounts may be available to you. Because insurance coverage and reimbursement for mental health and substance abuse treatment can be complex, we encourage you to let our skillful staff work with you and your insurance company directly to determine your eligibility.

As a not-for-profit provider, Crossroads Behavioral Health Center, Inc. offers a state-mandated, sliding fee scale for eligible residents of Florida who are in need of financial assistance. The cost of your treatment will be determined by household income and the number of individuals in the household.
